Perfect for your house or trailer home. Protect your Car, Boat or Patio Furniture. Provides secure protection from the elements with a 15 year warranty. We recommend that you pour a concrete base or use concrete footings to anchor the Patio Cover. Everything is included to assemble the Patio Cover, all hardware and an assembly video. we make it easy with pre-cut and pre-drilled parts.

■ Size: 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' (Rounded to nearest foot)
■ Height: 102" Inside clearance
■ Front support poles are 4 x 4 - .026" thick vinyl coated galvanized steel

■ Snow load rating on this unit is 19lbs. / sq. ft.

■ House wall mount starts at 102" (8'6") and can go up to 108" (9'). If you wish to go lower than 102"
on the back wall you will need to adjust the front poles by the amount you lower the back wall
mounting rail. You will need a metal blade and saw to accomplish this.

■ Mounting rail is 2 1/2" wide.

■ Minimum of 6" is required above any door or window.

■ Vinyl coated "stepped" galvanized steel construction - .024" thick
